Terms of use

Effective: April 30, 2026. These terms apply to visitors and registered users of USTechie public websites. They do not replace master services agreements for professional engagements.

Agreement to terms

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of USTechie websites and online resources that link to these Terms (collectively, the “Sites”). By accessing or using the Sites, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself or the organization you represent. If you do not agree, do not use the Sites.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The revised Terms will be posted with an updated effective date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance unless applicable law requires additional consent.

No offer of services

The Sites are provided for general information about USTechie. Nothing on the Sites constitutes an offer to sell services in any jurisdiction. Engagements are formed only through executed agreements between USTechie and clients.

Case studies, metrics, and testimonials are illustrative and may be anonymized or aggregated. Past performance is not a guarantee of future results.

Intellectual property

USTechie and its licensors own all rights in the Sites, including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, downloads, data compilations, and software, subject to third-party rights. Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Sites without our prior written consent.

You may view and print pages from the Sites for lawful internal business purposes, provided you do not remove proprietary notices.

Trademarks

USTechie names, logos, and product or service names are trademarks of USTechie or its affiliates. References to third-party trademarks are for identification only; those marks belong to their respective owners.

User conduct

You agree not to misuse the Sites. Prohibited conduct includes attempting to gain unauthorized access to systems, interfering with security features, transmitting malware, scraping the Sites in a manner that impairs performance, or using automated means to access the Sites without permission.

You agree not to use the Sites to violate applicable law, infringe intellectual property rights, or harass others.

Third-party links

The Sites may contain links to third-party websites or resources. USTechie is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of third-party sites. Links do not imply endorsement.

Disclaimer of warranties

THE SITES AND CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

USTechie does not warrant that the Sites will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain disclaimers; in those jurisdictions, disclaimers apply to the maximum extent permitted.

Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, USTECHIE AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITES.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, USTECHIE’S AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SITES WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US$100) OR THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID USTECHIE FOR ACCESS TO THE SITES IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM (IF ANY).

Indemnity

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless USTechie and its affiliates from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Sites, except to the extent caused by USTechie’s gross negligence or willful misconduct.

Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Subject to mandatory provisions of local law, exclusive jurisdiction and venue for disputes arising from these Terms or the Sites will be in the state and federal courts located in San Francisco County, California.

General

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without USTechie’s consent; USTechie may assign its rights in connection with a merger or sale of assets.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and USTechie regarding the Sites and supersede prior agreements on that subject.
